Frustrating Experience with Review Editing - 1 STAR

<div>I recently had an experience with Hello Peter that left me frustrated and disappointed.

The platform's current policy on review editing has some significant drawbacks that, in my opinion, need urgent attention.

One of the most glaring issues is the inability to edit star ratings promptly. After submitting a review, users are informed that they'll receive an email in four days to update their rating.

Unfortunately, this delay can have serious consequences for businesses, as potential customers may be deterred by an inaccurate star rating during that time.

Even if the issue is resolved and a user wishes to update their rating, the platform still displays the initial low rating for an extended period. This practice can unfairly tarnish a company's reputation, especially if the user takes the time to mention in the comments that the problem has been addressed.

Furthermore, the lack of an option to edit a review immediately after submission is a significant flaw.

-> Mistakes can happen, such as accidental misclicks that result in a positive review with an undeserved low star rating. Users should have the ability to rectify these errors promptly to maintain the integrity of the platform's review system. (we've had this in the past, great wording review, with an accidental one star click)

I urge Hello Peter to reconsider these policies and implement a more user-friendly system. Allowing users to edit their reviews and star ratings in real-time or within a reasonable timeframe would greatly improve the overall experience for both consumers and businesses. Other review platforms have successfully implemented such features, and it's time for Hello Peter to step up and enhance its user interface.

In conclusion, I hope that my feedback, as well as that of other users, prompts positive changes to ensure Hello Peter remains a reliable and fair platform for sharing experiences.</div>
