FORCING BUSINESSES TO PAY TO DEFEND THEMSELVES
<p>We noticed a customer complaint about our business on hellopeter about a customer whom had soiled their mattress and wanted us to exchange it for a new one. Thats just like buying a new car, scratching and denting it and then insisting on a new one because you dont like the way this one drives.........</p> <p>This customer complaint happened two years ago. When looking for a contact number for hellopeter, it seems the only way I can defend my business and resolve the problem is by registering and paying a subscribtion. I find this very unfair and would like to know how to get hellopeter to remove the bad mouthing of my business.</p>
