Exorbitant fees
Limited services if you are not on a premium package. Great platform for consumers to post their experience with retailers. However restricts retailers to respond as there is limited services available if you not on a premium package. This should be a free service for all and not just the consumer. This will enable retailers to improve service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.Charging an exorbitant fee hampers retailers to achieve this.
