I want to thank Hellopeter for giving me a platform to complain about clientservice from Discovery Insure. I was able to form a clear picture of the type of complaints about Discovery Insure over a long period of 4 months. It helped me discover that my complaints are not isolated or irrelevant. In actual fact I now know that my complaints are relevant and represent the views of 372 other people with similar experiences. This helped me build my case. Thank you Hellopeter.
