Effective but some basic oversights
Generally very useful, and some firms do respond well to reviews here. I have docked one star for two reasons: 1) it isn't possible to edit reviews, so if you want to change them you have to delete and rewrite. That reduces the incentive for companies to improve if they know a review cannot easily be changed. 2) for some reason HP blocks common ordinary words like "s c r e w". It is very hard to review a hardware store, or flat packed furniture if ordinary words get blocked for no good reason. South Africa is not a nanny state. Unfortunately HP is.
