Dr RT Mooketse (Specialist Obstetrician and Gynacologyst) at Botshelong Emilweni Private Hospital rt

Good day . I would like to lodge a complaint about the Dr RT Mooketse (Specialist Obstetrician and Gynacologyst) at Botshelong Emilweni Private Hospital . I was referred by my GP because am pregnant. On my first appointment he did a first scan ( ultrasound ) and did not give me a print out as he explained to me that the machine is not doing the print out at that moment , I will get it on my next visit . I was fine with that . On my next visit he reminded me about the print out by even saying " I owe you the last print out scan and we did the scan and he gave me my print out . But my problem is he charged me for that scan . I believe that he was not supposed to charge me because that was not my fault that his machine was not doing the print out . Please put in mind that medical aid only gives 2(two) scan as maternity benefits . I called him after I've checked with my medical aid that he charged me for 2 scan .He told me yes he was supposed to charge me . I find it so unfair of him because his machine was not working and that is not my problem . By him saying " I owe you the previous print out " he should have not charge me at all on my second visit for scan but for consultation . I'm requesting him to please reverse that scan payment as I need it .
