Don't make the same the very same mistakes we hate other businesses for !

Please don't send your users automated stuff triggered off by a bot or script of program from:. Hellopeter <***>

I wrote a really sh*tty review for Levi's. I had no response whatsoever.

Then your HelloPeter back-end sends me an Alert Emai:

Subject: We'd love your feedback

Body: Would you recommend Levi's?

You recently wrote a review about Levi's.

Based on the feedback you received, would you recommend them to a friend or colleague?

PLEASE take the time to get a human to read my review.

Of course I wouldn't recommend them. Anyone other than a badly written piece of code could see that. Pretty obvious.

Hi Rich.  Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.
We understand that it's frustrating when you don't receive a response from a Business.  We unfortunately can't respond on behalf of a business or force them to read and respond to a review.
As some businesses choose to contact the customer directly to address the issue after a review has been written about them, it makes it difficult for us to know whether the issue has been addressed or not.
The email you received from us, is for a rating of whether you would recommend the business.  Your response to this email, affects their NPS rating on the site.
We do however understand your point and will take it into consideration.  Regards, the Hellopeter Team.

Reviewer Update
Thanks for getting back to me with a response.

I understand this:
"The email you received from us, is for a rating of whether you would recommend the business. Your response to this email, affects their NPS rating on the site."

And my frustration had little to do with the Levi lack of customer care.
I was reviewing Hello Peter.

This is my point:
IF a human had read my Levi review, they would have quite clearly seen that the answer would be NO.

Having one of your automated scripts "ask" me a (pretty dumb) follow question ...
... from (effectively) a "no reply email address".

Well that just smacks of insincerity doesn't it ?
