"Does Not respond"
Hi Hellopeter
Just want to ask a question. This is not a review. Some traders have responded do 100% of their reviews but are flagged as "Does not respond"? An example is ZipZap. How does it work?

However, non-paying businesses will not have access to consumer contact information, consumer profiling, notifications, and will only be able to reply once to a review. It is however their prerogative whether they choose to do so.
Companies that are subscribed to Hellopeter are the generally the companies that respond to reviews about them on the site.
