Do not bother. This is not a platform to help consumers rather a platform to protect those who harm consumers

Do not bother using the platform, I have written a review more than 3 times and they deleted it against posh spaces which i had purchased furniture from in December to March there was nothing until my bank successfully did a reversal of the funds. First I understood it went against the guidelines, I submitted something that went along with what they want. Second, I didn’t realise they had asked for evidence. 3rd time, I wrote, submitted every inch of evidence required even including my case that I won from the bank against the company. Even POP, there is no review, not even two weeks later, it’s deleted. I’m taking both the companies a step further and exposing especially hellopeter to the NCGSO AND THE NCC concerning their conduct. This platform is meant to help people consumers against making bad and harmful purchasing decisions and yet it’s run the exact opposite way. Do not bother, I did everything correctly, and they did not even send an email as to why this particular review is being removed for the 3rd time even after they flagged it unhappy customer, following the proof submitted.
