Disappointed with new website

<p>Hello,</p> <p>I find the new website very unfriendly. I wrote my first review using the little pop-up window and I forgot to provide the Star-Rating. The error was shown, but the window (and my typed up review) had now disappeared. Very bad and frustrating design. The old website did not suffer from these huge inconveniences.</p> <p>Also, I cannot see the complaint responses provided by the companies. Are the responses now private? This is disappointing and really defeats a lot of the purpose of the site. It is really useful for us consumers to see how the companies are responding to complaints and if they are being fair.</p> <p>Even you (HelloPeter.com) are responding in private. Why? It really gives the impression that you have something to hide. This is annoying as there are a lot of similar complaints to the one above, but because I can't see your responses, I'm now forced to log a similar complaint.</p> <p>I'm sorry to say, but the new website / platform is disappointing.</p>
