Disappointed by Hellopeter’s Handling of False Reviews

As a small business owner, I created a Hellopeter profile in good faith to engage with real customers and build trust. Unfortunately, people have been leaving false reviews on my profile, confusing my company with another business that has a similar name.

Despite multiple attempts to report these mistaken reviews, Hellopeter has done nothing to verify or remove them. What’s worse is that in order for me to publicly respond to these reviews and defend my company’s reputation, I need to pay for a subscription.

This model feels unfair to legitimate businesses that are trying to correct misinformation. Hellopeter should protect businesses from clearly mistaken identity cases without requiring payment just to speak up.

Very disappointed in how this platform enables false reviews and restricts access to basic tools unless you’re paying.
