Disagreement with the logic of Hellopeter.com
Good day,

I have a matter which I would like to be addressed, an explanation is in order.
in regards to the logic of this site - based on what I have seen on this site, logic does no justice due to the fact that a good comment is oblivious in the eyes of the reader.
\Example\"
If a company does 3000 or more repairs and their status according to hellopeter.com is on a 3 bad comment rating how does that justify the fact that only those 3 ratings would be seen as terrible?
I understand there is such a thing of freedom of speech, however that does not give one reason to judge another on a rating bases. the days which we live in people judge easily yet sometimes a thank you is in order.

Thank you.
"
