********* deletion of accurate descriptive words in reviews….
When your site blocks words in my reviews that show a company’s improper behaviour towards its clients (like the word “*********”, not some inappropriate swear word…), you are protecting the company that is doing wrong, rather than giving prospective clients an opportunity to see what the company is doing wrong. What is the point of writing reviews when you are protecting the companies instead of giving the public a chance to see what their behaviour towards clients are like???!!!!

29 May 2023, 17:43It’s really frustrating though that a word such as “*********” (not ethical) gets bleeped out. It looks like I’ve used some vulgar word you had to bleep out, when I just used a word that refer to their behaviour being not ethical. Once a review is published, I can’t go back and edit it, so I can’t change it to another word that won’t get bleeped out. How am I supposed to know that a word like ********* can have legal consequences??? How is the word that maens not ethcal seen to be libel or defamation? I believe and experience them to be acting towards their clients in a way that is improper and unwilling to adhere to proper rules of conduct (the definition for “not ethical “, or *********…). But now the word is bleeped out every time and it looks like I am using vulgar language in my reviews. That does not seem fair.
Is there a guideline or list of no-go words available that I can refer to for future reference??
