Definably not helping the public
Why don't hello peter look at some of the reviews on the businesses? You pride yourself on the fact that people must read the reviews on hello peter before making a decision on buying from a business. I made this mistake to get car insurance after looking at all the positive reviews on hello peter regarding Dotsure.co.za the biggest mistake ever you can clearly see if you investigate and take insurance through them that they are righting their own reviews and even advertise on their website that they the number one insurance company on hello peter LOL I even complain to hello peter regarding this and they did nothing. This is definitely not helping the public?

As part of Hellopeter’s efforts to ensure that reviews always reflect genuine buying or service experiences, we use a combination of manual verification checks and advanced, customised software to detect unusual review patterns and potentially **** reviews. When reviews are flagged they are investigated further by us to ensure they are legit. Please bear in mind that people can have very different experiences with the same business. 05 Aug 2021, 08:48Just a suggestion to make the reviews more reliable. Why don't you when a new account is created by someone inform them that their reviews will only be published on the platform for all to see after their third or fourth review? So all the reviewer's reviews will only go live after the fourth review of four different businesses. Then all the bogus reviews made by DOTSURE will be much harder to publicised because they can't just make one review and give it 5 stars?
