Decent Service but Needs a Design Update

<div>HelloPeter is useful for reading reviews, but the user experience could be better. The site’s design feels outdated, and navigation isn’t as smooth as it should be. It can get frustrating to find what you're looking for, and the interface just doesn’t feel modern or intuitive.

That said, it still gets the job done for checking reviews, but it would benefit a lot from a refresh.</div>
