I am totally disgusted that Hello Peter take the side of the client only without any reasonable proof of the claims made and its impacting my business in a very bad way. Strange that we have 5 Stars on google and won the prize for the best damp and waterproofing company in Gauteng 2023. You are a disgrace to any reputable company in South Africa. This client never paid his bill and he lost his gusrantee due to non payment.

05 Jul 2025, 09:38We found out who the cliet is and we cant take any responsiblity for malfunction of his submersible pump as we are not electricians and we only prvided him with proper drainage for the pump. We did tell heim that he will loose his gusrantee if he dont pay for the services provided. He excepted a quotation without any drawings and he was happy about the price. Our supervisiors are qualified to do the work and I have more than 30 years expierience in the industry. We were voted as the no1 waterproofing company in gauteng for 2023. If Hellopeter continue to make quality clients look bad on their platform we will proceed with legal action for possible loss of income and deforestation. Hellopeter only allow you to state your side if you pay them a fee of R600 before they even think about removing the bad reviews. I really hope that more quality companies will stand up against this company!

His submersible pump for instance because he felt that he paid too much for the project. He treaned me if I dont do what he want he will make my name bad in my industry. This is 2 years later and he had a flood in his ba*****t because of th malfunction of his pump I suppose. The client never called me recently with a problem on our side and there were no time given to do anythig if this wer the case.
