Converting a review
How do I convert a review?
Previously, the option was there but now no more.

17 Oct 2018, 12:24Conversions have been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking you how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague.
You may also add feedback on your initial review should you wish to. Alternatively if you are happy with the service you received from the business and how they handled your review, you are welcome to write a new review about your experience. Regards HP
