Convert a rating / remove review
I remember we could convert our ratings, has this functionality been removed? Also, how does one go about deleting a review?

14 Sept 2020, 11:11Hi Pierre. Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague.If you would like a review removed, please report the review you want removed and the reason why it should be removed. To report a review, select the 'report this review' icon on the review details page and complete the form that follows. Kind regards, the Hellopeter team
