Contact Form

<p>Not sure whether the contact form for HelloPeter works, I am able to complete the info but the button at the bottom merely states "Contact Us" - and if you click on it after filling in the form it just reloads the form, so not sure whether the message actually gets submitted or whether it just reloads the page?</p>
