Consultant must advise consultants to be honest when selling services over the phone. It is not all about their commission.
I was deceived by a consultant, he sold me a fabulous deal and send me a totally different package with double the premium that we agreed on, I struggled to get hold of them for 2 months, sending emails with no feedback from them, eventually they answered my call and Amanda helped me, thank you Amanda you were of great help.
