Confusing website
Confusing updated site? Why do i get this each time, ... " This business isn't claimed on Hellopeter, would you like to let them know about your review?" And then They also ask for a e amail address.
Also my last 2 reviews, being Edgars and Woolworths, I received NO feedback from them, yet you send me an e=mail asking me based on the feedback would I recommend them? Are they companies that do not respond?
Or am I login on incorrectly?

08 Aug 2019, 21:44Hi Philip, we allow our reviewers to write reviews about any business, this means that some businesses on our platform are not actively managed by the business. In such cases, we allow reviewers to provide an email address (should they have one) so that they can inform the business about their review. While we can't guarantee that a business will respond, we've added in this field to improve your chances of getting a response.
Regarding the additional emails asking you to rank the business you reviewed. These are sent out after all reviews and aim to collect more data about businesses, and their customer services. This is to allow other consumers to get a feeling for the type of customer service they can expect from a business.
We understand that these are changes from how our platform used to operate, but we hope you will continue to use Hellopeter to both read and write reviews!
