Confusing feedback

Hellopeter.com sends you an email 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site asking you to give your Customer Feedback. If you didn't receive our email, you can still provide your feedback. Select Customer Zone (from the left menu bar), then click on 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report you would like to give feedback on and add your Customer Feedback in the block provided. A copy of your feedback will be sent to the company concerned for you.
Only one report per Supplier per issue is accepted on the site - 'add-on's' are deleted. Please use the Customer Feedback facility provided instead of writing a new report about the same issue.
If you struggle, you are welcome to email *** for further assistance. Regards, Linda
