Concerns Regarding the Integrity of Reviews on Your Platform
<div>I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent handling of reviews on your platform. It has come to my attention that posts expressing genuine concerns about companies are being removed, particularly when these posts are reported by the companies themselves as being “negative”.
The value of your platform lies in its ability to provide a space for consumers to voice their honest opinions about businesses. However, if posts are removed even after concrete evidence has been provided to substantiate the claims made within them, it undermines the credibility of your platform.
On May 21, 2024, I received a request from your team for additional information regarding a post I had made about a company named “Prestige Metering Services”. I responded promptly on the same day, providing email evidence to support the claims made in my post. Despite this, I have noticed that all negative reports about this company have been removed from their profile, resulting in an inflated rating of 5/5 stars, up from their previous rating of 2/5 stars.
This is deeply concerning as it creates a misleading representation of the company’s reputation, suggesting a level of trustworthiness that may not be warranted. The practice of removing negative reports simply because they have been reported by the company in question is not acceptable. It raises the question of what purpose HelloPeter serves if companies can simply have negative comments removed at their discretion.
I kindly request that you address these concerns and uphold the integrity of your platform by ensuring that all voices are heard and that reviews accurately reflect the experiences of your users.</div>

I’ve received your response and frankly, I’m not satisfied. My post was nothing but factual and professional. There wasn’t a single derogatory or defamatory statement. I backed up my claims with solid evidence, so the threat of legal action is baseless. If they want a legal battle, I’m ready. I have the proof, and I’m not afraid to stand by my words.
