Hellopeter.com is a platform where brands get taken advantage of, who make you pay exorbitant rates to view the contact details of those you’d like to assist as a brand. If you use their free service - you are not not allowed (according to their terms of service, and to con brands into giving them money) to ask for any contact details (which let’s be honest, is the very beginning actual customer service) else your HPI gets hindered, which actually makes the HPI null and void. Essentially, Hellopeter.com is a company making money off of vulnerable brands.
