Complain to hello peter platform
Your platform is not user friendly at all for the client. Steps you provide to delete a review are not working. It is adviced I go to my review and select the yellow flag which is not there, selected the only flag shown and filled out the form with my details. From there no progressive next step showing. Why aren't we allowed to delete or remove reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you had difficulty removing your review.The option to report or request removal of a review is available via the flag icon on the review, but depending on the device or browser you are using, the steps may appear slightly different. If the yellow flag is not visible, selecting the available flag icon and completing the form is the correct first step. Once submitted, the request is sent to our moderation team for review, which is why there may not always be an additional step shown on screen.Just so you know, reviews cannot always be removed immediately, as they need to go through a verification process in line with our platform guidelines.If you are still experiencing issues, please email our support team at *** with a link to the review and your request, and we will gladly assist you further.
