Company Response.
<p>Companies are writing a standard reply and Hellopeter shows the response as “Business has responded”. Vodacom has now for the past 5 complaints that I have written rep**** using the same message but no one has phoned me back. It shows on the review that they have responded but no action has been taken. They probably don’t even have an agent manning your site which means they don’t care in the least what people say about them on your page as long as it shows that they have responded.</p>

24 Nov 2016, 07:27Hellopeter.com acts only as a Gateway between Supplier and Customer. If you aren't happy with the way Vodacom have responded to your reviews, you are welcome to add to your initial review and let them know.
You can add to your review as many times as you like, to engage with the company directly until hopefully, they convert you into a happy customer.

I agree with this complaint. As long as Hellopeter allows companies to get away with a standard response without even bothering to read what the complaint is, then it serves very little purpose using Hellopeter.com. I have been a long and passionate user of Hellopeter.com, but lately I wonder if it is worth the trouble."
