Hellopeter.com acts only as a conduit between Supplier and Customer. We unfortunately can't force a Supplier to resolve your issue. The initial response you often see on the site is often simply the Supplier acknowledging your report - as most report require some type of investigation before a detailed response can be given. Once the Supplier has had a chance to investigate, they are able to Update their Suppliers Response. However, if you are not happy with their response, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to give your feedback. This facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. To give your feedback - Select Customer Zone (from the left menu bar), and click on Give Feedback. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line to open the report and add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier for you.
