Companies that are meant to respond?

Hi, I would just like to bring to your attention that MTN are supposed to be a company that responds but they don't! Go and have a look at the hundreds of complaints that have not been attended to. <br> <br> On another note, I would like to say Thank You for continuing with an excellent platform after Peter Cheales' departure. Keep up the good work. At least this is one platform where notice is taken of a complaint or compliment and I thank you for that!!
