Companies NOT resppndin properly
Hi. I have recently added 2 complaints about MTN and Rain. They have only given me a useless copy and paste response and they have not rep**** to my specific issue or made any contact. What good is your service is it does not lead to issues being resolved? ANY company can simply copy, paste, ignore, and yes these companies pay you, but do you really want to become an obsolete internet forum where nothing gets resolved?
