Companies must PAY hellopeter.com - *********!!!

Hellopeter.com is a platform where anybody can state their opinions about a company (true or false), and not get the necessary and relevant assistance from that company via replying to the complaint on hellopeter.com. WHY? Because hellopeter.com wont allow a company to communicate on their platform unless the company pays them to....... THINK ABOUT THIS!!!

ONLY will a company be able to communicate to their customers concerns on hellopeter.com if the company PAYS hellopeter.com through a package deal!!! THEN HELLOPETER.COM WILL BACK THE COMPANY AND NOT THE CONSUMER!!! what is happening to giving customers true and good service? NOTHING!!! Because hellopeter.com wants money from *********ING COMPANIES. (Hellopeter.com will make any company look good, and even market them to get more customers by making the company look trustworthy BECAUSE THE COMPANY PAYS HELLOPETER...

CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GETTING ANY ASSISTANCE FROM COMPANIES THAT DOESNT PAY, NOT BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOESNT WANT TO, BUT BECAUSE THE COMPANY CANT!!!!

So hellopeter.com welcomes any complaint from customers even though they cant solve their issues. They dont even obide to their own policies!

And if companies pay hellopeter.com in order to beable to solve a customers complaints. Or to look good on social media, then the customers are not important anymore. They dont handle the vindictive and malicious complains, complaints that dont even have a legitimate name to them on hellopeter.com or relating information (name, number or actual facts to coincide with the allegations they mentioning on hellopeter.com

Since when does a platform (hellopeter.com) do any good to any consumer by using the consumer as bait to get companies to pay and promising companies to keep a good name.

The no1 customer complaints platform in South Africa!!!! - IS NOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING. No! ITS ALL FOR THE BUSINESSES THAT WILL PAY TO JUST KEEP BAD COMPLAINTS OFF THE HELLOPETER.COM PLATFORM.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS HELLOPETER.COM OFFERING??? SIMPLE, NONE!!! THEY ARE A MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. COMPANIES PAY HELLOPETER.COM BY USING COMPLAINTS FROM CONSUMERS OR NON CONSUMERS UNTIL THE COMPANY PAYS HELLOPETER TO KEEP COMPLAINTS LIMITED AND WITH A AUTOMATED ANSWER FROM COMPANIES.

Hellopeter.com - You are a disgrace.

Hello Debbie

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. Hellopeter is a platform that enables consumers to share the experiences they’ve had with businesses. Those experiences must conform to our content guidelines which can be found in our terms and conditions.

Reviews are reported when it contains content that is in breach of our content guidelines. Typically this extends to reviews that fall into one or more of the following categories:

Part or all of the information in the review is false
The review is spam or a ****
The review is defamatory

If a reported review is found to be in breach of our content guidelines, it will be removed from Hellopeter irrespective of that business having a Free, Paid or no package on Hellopeter.

If the review is not in breach of our content guidelines, and the reviewer is certain the review is objective and factual, the reviewer may be asked to provide an affidavit confirming their review.

Furthermore, Hellopeter DOES NOT require a business to pay in order to respond to their reviews. Responding to consumers is available on our Free package.

We do not remove any negative reviews from a business (Free or Paid) unless these reviews have been reported to us, and are in breach of our content guidelines. Regarding automated responses from businesses, we do not prescribe any rules or standards as to how a business (Free or Paid) chooses to respond.

Our current email communication with you on this matter also confirms that we await your review disputes via the site so that we can assist you.  Kind regards. HP

Best regards,

DF
