Companies are wiping their ****s with Hellopeter
Hi guys, I have a huge problem with the responses from a lot of companies. They have setup automatic responses to complaints and that is the 1 and only response anyone complaining will get. There is no follow up, no further contact and absolutely no attempt is made to resolve the complaint... In a nutshell companies are wiping their ****s with Hellopeter, they don't give a **** about the complaints on here<br> Is there not some way that these suppliers can be taken to task about not committing to resolve their lack of service??<br> What is the use of complaining on here if nothing gets done anyway??

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Hellopeter.com acts only as a Gateway between Supplier and Customer. Many Companies respond to reports as an 'acknowledgement' as and when reports are received. They then have the facility to update their response once they have had time to investigate further so that a more comprehensive response can be given. However, if you have written a report about a Company Who Responds and have only received a copy and paste response - nothing further, even after providing your Customer Feedback, please email the details to *** and we will address the issue with the Company concerned.
