COMMENTS ON HELLO PETER
I fail to understand why comments cannot be made on postings on the hellopeter site until after 72hrs (or whatever the minimum time allowed is) Why would I bother to go back and make a comment so much later? If I want to comment, I want to comment there and then NOT 72 or whatever hrs later - I am hardly likely to remember what the topic was I wanted to make a comment about or what date/time it was by then! Quite pathetic!

Are you referring to the Customer Feedback facility? This facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report about a Company Who Responds on the site. The reason for the 54 hours, is that we need to allow Companies time to investigate the report in order to respond accordingly. Regards, Linda
