Claims Independence, however always automatically chooses the reviewers side.

Hellopeter is unreasonable to take a reviewers side without even investigating. Companies most of the time do have all the evidence that the reviewer is falsely accusing them, but we cannot even type a full report of this as reply on the reviewers comment to let other see our side as the Hellopeter platform does not allow the response to be over a small amount of words.

We do strongly suggest that you guys start looking at your platform. On your own platform there is bad reviews about Hellopeter not assisting. There are multiple business getting bad reviews daily and then they do not even get the chance to also have a say in the case. We think Hellopeter must start focusing on companies that takes people’s money that is non-existent and ********** and assist the companies who actually tries to give assistance to their customers/reviewers. It is not our fault if customers tries to hide themselves under their own lies/stories and has nothing better to do than to blame it on others. Remember there is two sides to every story.

One example reviewer does not have the right to give false information as per example the following: 1. Customers Comment: wheels fell off, the board was of poor quality and broke within its first charge, they insist it is due to standing on it funny or two people jumping on it. • False accusation. Nowhere did we tell the customer that he jumped on it. Please refer to our report THE ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN CONCLUDED PER THE FOLLOWING: The unit has been fully assessed and referring to the imaging provided, there was force/pressure/impact received on the Hoverboard which caused the chassis to break. Please refer to imaging provided. DEFECT/CAUSE: This 8.5” Hoverboard has received damage to the chassis and the chassis will have to be replaced. CONCLUSION: Physical/Impact/Incorrect standing damage does not fall under warranty per our terms and conditions. The Chassis will however be replaced out of good will, free of charge. For future safety regulations and pre-caution, please follow the user manual instructions on how to operate the unit in accordance to standard operational regulations of the Hoverboard. The unit will be placed in line for the chassis replacement and images/testing videos will be sent through once completed.

• We were supposed to charge the customer on repair of this product as the defect was due to impact/physical damage, which does not generally happen accept when an accident occurs and of which honest customers will report it as an accident. • We did however still out of goodwill replace the chassis for the customer free of charge. Parcel was delivered on Thursday the 7th of January, report was provided on Monday 11th of January and the unit was repaired/chassis replaced in one working day and re-delivered back to the customer on the 13th of January already again • We gave the customer the Absolute best assistance even after physical damage occurred and not due to the product being of bad quality as falsely accused above. We have done everything on our side to assist. • All evidence of the products physical damage and repair was provided.

The worst is not the false accusations, it is the actual fact that the reviewer is trying to blame something on us after we helped him quickly and did not even charge a cent on repairs as we should have.

This is unreasonable and unfair.

We would suggest to please start reviewing businesses point of view as well before just assuming that the reviewer whom submitted the review is eligible for the review to be kept although there is evidence provided to Hellopeter that the reviewer has written an unfair review.

Hi Exclusive Brands.  Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.  We do understand your frustration.
Hellopeter is an independent review platform that sits between business and reviewers and is not in a position to decide on disputes between businesses and reviewers who disagree about the events relating to buying or service experiences.  It is however our responsibility to ensure that reviewers comply with our Content Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.  We are of the view the review in question is compliant with our Content Guidelines and as such we contacted the reviewer and requested the reviewer to confirm that the review posted is factual and correct and that the reviewer stands by the review - the reviewer confirmed this.
Additionally I believe you would have received an email from us earlier today letting you know that we are awaiting documentation from the customer and will let you know the outcome.
With regards to your comment that businesses don't get a 'chance to also have a say' - this is incorrect.  On our platform we offer various plans including a Free plan that allows business to respond to reviews. Regards, the Hellopeter Team.

Reviewer Update
Thank you for your reply. We just received the "Automated Robot Reply" from you the same as the above via email and no further investigation instructions. Furthermore we need to pay you to assist us? This is ********* and unacceptable. If evidence is provided to you, which it was that the reviewer is in the wrong, it is supposed to be removed. We do not need to pay you to remove a review or reconsider a review. The so called "Free plan" you can only type a few characters which you cannot even get in enough to describe the situation and provide evidence for others to see.

Hi.  Please refer to the email sent to you.  Perhaps you have simply missed the part explaining our additional steps?  No, you don't need to pay us to assist and no, we do not require any form of payment to remove a review nor to consider removing a review. We are really not sure what you are referring to?
Kindly refer to our Legal section available on the platform that details exactly how reported reviews are handled.
Should you feel that the Free plan does not suit your business needs, you are welcome to upgrade your subscription.  Regards, the Hellopeter Team.

Reviewer Update
Once again, you would like us to pay to upgrade for you to be of assistance and for us to be able to write a longer response, however the false accusation review of the reviewer still does not get removed as you simply say on your email responses to the company: “Our team has contacted the author and verified the review your business has reported. The review doesn’t go against our Content Guidelines, and our verification with the customer confirms that they stand by their experience. Therefore, we won’t be removing it from our Platform. We do suggest responding to the review. You’ll be able to share your side of the situation and offer a resolution.” How does the review go against your guidelines if it is false and evidence is provided that this is false? If evidence is provided that the reviewer is in the wrong, the review must be removed as this is evidence of the review being in the wrong. We do not have to pay you to be able to assist us or “try to solve the matter” as the reviewer whom wrote this review will obviously not remove it themselves as they think they are right, however evidence confirmed the reviewer to be in the wrong. This is a rip-off. How can the reviewer write a response as long as they want to, but the responder/company must pay to write a normal longer review to also fight for their own rights? As per your reply: "Should you feel that the Free plan does not suit your business needs, you are welcome to upgrade your subscription". You are once again motivating us to pay in order for us to just be able to do a proper reply to fight our case of false accusations. This thus once again mean that you have a section for businesses to pay you to be able to help them otherwise you just simply reply your robot response and the review of the reviewer never gets removed.
