Cell C- only replies to Hellopeter, so is hellopeter the middle man

im so amased at how the business get in contact with the clients on Hellopeter, but in real life, we dont get this connection from them. Cell C has handed my over to lawyers, and they are very quick to reply back here, but they have stopped connecting with me 4months ago, now how does this work, what are they gaining on hellopeter, but they sure as hell are not doing there job. I have aquetion, they say they are unable to get hold of me on my cell c number, now how to you get in contact when you as cell c disconnected the number, for 1, and 2 the lawyers called me, now how can you say you tried to eb in touch, i have an email address, which i have not received one corresponce, no one tried to call me
