Can't fix mistakes in replies.
I can't edit a review I just wrote. And I read something wrong, then rep**** to something I misread. Then I posted, read it again, and I couldn't fix it. Can't you give us humans a five minute window to edit our replies? Eish!

20 Aug 2022, 10:24Rain, it feels strange to say thank you for something you ought to have done many weeks ago. It feels sad that I had to spam you on social media to get a response from you. Even so, you did give me my money back. Thank you for doing that.
If any message ever gets sent to your managers let it be this one. You need to either change your marketing strategy or change your product/service. Either start marketing that the 5G is for download speed only and be honest about the upload speed - you don't cater for that. It is an ENTERTAINMENT bundle - it should be advertised as such. Your product is *********ly marketed. This is why you're losing clients. Be honest about the fact that some areas might not have 5G coverage. Or man up - trek jou sokkies op - and get a better upload speed!
That is free business advice for you. Take it or you won't last long in this country. 14000 reviews and 12000 are negative? Isn't it clear to you yet?
Since your marketing and ethics department haven't figured this out yet - there you go.
