Cannot view the correspondence between the complainant and the business
I needed help with the exact issue in the link below. It stated on the page that I needed to be logged in, so I created an account. I still cannot see Telkom's response.

The post that you are referring to has most likely been marked 'private response' by the company, as the information provided back to the customer probably has private/confidential information (ID number, account number, reference numbers etc).
