Cannot give feedback
I wrote a complaint, after the company(old mutual) responded, i cannot give feedback as it does not display in my feedback list. I tried via my last 12 months report but still no luck. Please fix

The Customer Feedback facility is only available 54 hours (excluding weekends) after you submitted your report on the site. You will need to wait until the 54 hours has passed, then provide your feedback. Regards, Linda
