Cannot convert review, cannot contact hellopeter.
I cannot seem to convert a review, there is no option to change the star rating.
Additionally, I cannot contact hellopeter support because their contact page is non existent.
So this is literally the only option left.

29 Nov 2018, 08:22Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague. You are also welcome to write another review about how your review was handled. Regards, HP
