I just want to know how to reply?<br> <br> i have had feedback from a complaint and now i can't reply.<br> <br> How does this work?????

To reply to the Supplier's Response, select CUSTOMER ZONE - button located on the left menu bar. Then select GIVE FEEDBACK from the drop down menu. All your reports where the Customer Feedback is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report you'd like to give Feedback on and add your Customer Feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier concerned for you. Please note that this facility will only be available 54-hours (excluding weekends) after you wrote your report on the site. Regards, Linda
