Can't give feedback

I want to report Hellopeter.com. Might sound funny but I had a complaint against a certain company which they responded to and fixed very professionally and they made sure that I was a happy customer before they closed my case.<br> I wanted to change my status on hellopeter.com from a complaint to a compliment but I couldn't. As soon as I clicked on give feedback the system didn't pick up any reports on which I could give my feedback. If I go on my reports for the last 12 months everything was there. But I couldn't even give feedback there.<br> I am sorry to say that with a website as powerful as hellopeter and so many consumers that uses this website to get companies to sort out their nonsense, it is sad that when there are responsible companies out there who want to give their customers a good service and responds to complaints one can not give them a compliment for that. Please tell me how to do this. Maybe I'm just stupid. But it needs to be fixed.
