Brilliant platform for forcing companies to action

This platform is a very useful tool in helping consumers actually be heard. Companies ignore individuals and bully them with legal and other forms of ************ whilst behind closed doors, once there is a spotlight on them they suddenly behave in a more professional manner and actually address your concerns. I do hope companies value the inputs here amongst the public relations butter they fatten their responses with to save face. I hate to admit it, but I mostly have negative reviews on hello peter because of the usefulness in addressing a public platform when no other method helps in resolution.
