Your customer service staff repeatedly ignores blatant and unapologetic 5-star review buying - as long as it is by a very profitable customer...

They publicly admit to this.
Firstly, while offering incentives for reviews is legal, offering incentives for only positive reviews is most certainly not.
Moreover, running incentive schemes for reviews is *explicitly* against the HelloPeter ToS, unless they have explicit written permission. So... Did you give them written permission to buy 5-star reviews?
We made Linda aware of their practice via e-mail - and her TWO responses both completely ignore the issue. Not a single word about it. Not a "Please send me the relevant info" or "We will investigate this".
