Bank responds to Hellopeter

There is a bank that makes it almost impossible for you to speak to them telephonically if you don't answer their security questions 100%. The questions are the result of some algorithm and I still don't know the answers! I complained on Hellopeter and the bank attended to my query. (I still hesitate to call the bank though)
