Bala Kudu - account deactivation.
Unable to change passwords or usernames. Username login is completely different from what we entered initially and is incorrect, we can't access our profile and unable to delete our business account. Please assist

13 Mar 2019, 08:57You need to login to portal with your email address and password. To access portal, click on the green 'For Businesses' button at the top of the page, then click on 'sign in'. The registered email address is ***. If you don't know the password, please reset it by clicking on 'Forgot Password' from the login page. If you would still like to de-activate your business account, please email *** and let us know. Regards, HP
