Awful user unfriedly website and reviews not posting

I really think you have done yourselves a disservice with your website. Really not easy to use, or see other reviews. Why fix what wasnt broken? I have also tried 3 times today to post reviews, and they aren't posting. Could be i'm doing something wrong, as your new page is not great. But when I go to my reviews, there's only 1 there from a week ago. Im urgently trying to get help on a massive cell c problem, but can't if your sight isnt working.
