Automated responses that never lead to a resolutio

After having posted a complaint against a company on this site, I received an automated response without any further steps to actually resolve my problem. This is not useful, previously writing a report here helped solve my problems with suppliers but now it seems an automated response with no response is good enough. Very disappointed in HelloPeter I expected better.

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. Hellopeter.com acts as the Gateway between Supplier and Customer. We unfortunately can't force a Supplier to respond in a specific way. If you are not happy with their response, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to rate their response and give your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier concerned for you.
