Assistance required on new platform
<p>Could you please explain how to update a negative rating to a positive rating on this new platform. The company has sorted out the problem and I can't find where to update neither the outcome nor change the rating.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Select My reviews from the drop down menu under your username. All your reviews will be displayed. Click on 'View the Full Review' beneath the required review. Add your Feedback under 'Post A Reply'. To change the star rating, select the required stars beneath 'Would you like to change your star rating?' Regards, HP
