Thank you for creating a platform where yhe consumer can hold companies responsible and accountable for their actions. Often times the only time consumers get resolution to problems that created by these companies is when you've taken the problem to a public space such as Twitter, Instagram and Hellopeter.com. Thank you for giving us a voice, blending an ear and facilitating the impasse with companies who ***** money from us using tactics that are unreasonable, unnecessary and intentional. Companies think they are invincible and mightier than the law, they think they are exempt from ethical practices, morality, truth, honesty, and accountability. They forget that their financial muscle is a result of consumers buying power and buying their products and services. Most importantly companies fail to realise that without consumers they are nothing but empty buildings and names at cipro and SARS with zero value.
