Appalling service
After all of the back and forth and even after receiving a response to the review here. I have still not been contacted by a representative. Instead, while they hold our small business’ income ransom, their response to the queries of verification from Mushfiqah is “Please accept our apologies for the delay in response. We've had an influx of queries and we trying to attend to them all as soon as we can. Kindly note, your request has been escalated to the relevant team for further assistance. Once I've received an update, I will revert back to you.” How is that even fair let alone appropriate, negatively impacting the livelihood of small businesses is shocking!
