The rating of a reviewer profile is not intended to offend in any way, but rather to provide other consumers with an easy way to understand how often a certain user reviews on our platform. It's a simple categorisation of our reviewers based on the number of reviews written. This starts at Rookie (anything less than 3 reviews), Amateur, (between 4 and 10 reviews) and All Star (11 and more reviews). We will most definitely take your comments into consideration.
